I was sad to miss the Healthworks blogger event but there was no way I could leave work early :-( But you had me laughing out loud on your fourth mini cupcake theory :-) After seeing Susie tweet about the Steaz iced teas, I totally picked one up at WF when I went to go get some stuff for dinner the other day. The power of suggestion…I am loving that this week is HALF OVER and that I’m heading to MV this weekend!

awesome!i love that you guys concluded your health seminar with some cupcakes, i would’ve done the same thing :)

sigh…i wish we had Whole Foods over here. grocery stores in Australia are, well, tiny. not nearly the sellection they have in North America. here they believe in making things from scratch – haha…what does that mean? i don’t understand :)

That Healthworks Event looks AWESOME! So sad I don’t live in Boston. I loveeee Steaz Teaz too! I found them trying to buy alternatives to my boyfriends crazy sugar pop teas habit – love.

Haha, so true – only crazy people eat 3/4 of a cupcake. I like how ALL of us totally gave ourselves permission to eat more once we realized that 4 minis = 1 reg. Your train neighbor got pretty lucky! ;)

omg planet organic makes a delicious cranberry quinoa that im SO OBSESSED OVER! it tastes like chinese sweet and sour rice or a chicken chop suey which is incredible! the whole packed meal looks fabulous!

wow the event looked like such a blast. i love when fitness can be made into a fun event <3
